After doing some research...finally I realized I can get a good one in less than $1k. Possibly a HDcam too.
What I want:

2. Ability to add lens
3. Microphone input
4. Time lapse mode

Attracted me as it has a great zoom function up to 37 times.
But only with a small light function.
Reviewed as great image quality.
Simple but affordable.
Cons: Review says that the sound quality is a little bad and wide screen doesn't show in Adobe Premiere. Works bad with Low lights

Zoom not as great as Canon FS100, but with a night recording technology function. At least I do not need to worry about the lights condition! 35 x optical zoom is indeed good enough already....
